Miraj's "Colorshifter" to brighten fan collections

2015 hat now available eleven years early

New York — Having been unavailable for commercial purchase for the past decade, Marty McFly, Jr.'s lenticular cap as seen in Back to the Future Part II is back by popular demand!

Previously available at both Universal Studios Theme Parks in the early 1990's, the Back to the Future...The Ride gift shops exclusive "acid cap" has long been out of production and quite high on the want lists of fans across the globe.  But the wait is finally over...

Marty McFly, Jr.Through a limited production by New York-based Miraj Holographic Sportswear, this amazing holographic "Colorshifter Cap" is now available for immediate purchase.  The color-changing cap is a high quality, water-resistant, stain-resistant, fire-resistant, size-adjustable hat constructed of lenticular material reminiscent of the same futuristic hat made popular by actor Michael J. Fox in dual roles as Marty McFly and his son in the year 2015.

BTTF.com has obtained samples of the cap in our offices, and I must admit that these are very impressive.  In a side-by-side comparison with the 1992 version originally made by Fantasma Boston, it's visually obvious that these 2004 curved-brim masterpieces are a much more screen-accurate replica than their '90s flat-brimmed counterparts.

Jan Kantor, President of Miraj, is quite pleased with early response to the cap, which is now available in a very limited initial production run of only 100 logo-free caps.  "There is tremendous interest in this cap. We are willing to do this because of the amazing number of fans who have written to us.  We perceive that it is the ultimate cap for any Back to the Future fan."

Miraj's Colorshifter SE-BTTF"What makes our products so 'futuristic' is that Miraj Holographic Caps are made of lenticular material enabling them to constantly change color and produce unique images," continues Kantor.  The production process took us ten months to develop because of the difficulty in working with this material.  No other company in the U.S. or Europe make this cap, as it is far more difficult and expensive to make than you would imagine."

These limited-edition caps are now available for purchase on a "first come-first serve" basis from Miraj's official website at www.MirajCaps.com, or by calling 1-877-MIRAJ22 (1-877-647-2522) and asking for item #SE-BTTF.
