Daniel Radcliffe wants to go Back to the Future

British actor Daniel Radcliffe has said in an interview that in the case of a BTTF remake, he would like to be Marty, and goes on to say he considers himself a modern day Michael J. Fox

Don't be alarmed though, there are no plans to remake the trilogy, he just said IF.
I am totally against a remake of the series, I'm also against Daniel Radcliffe being Marty, or comparing himself to Michael J. Fox!
Daniel was great as Harry Potter, but that's about it. He certainly isnt Marty material, in my opinion.

 I think that he will make an excellent Marty McFly.

I'd rather have Radcliffe as a new character to interact with Lloyd as Doc Brown in a sequel. Marty already has success in his career with Jennifer and prevented both Biff and Griff from ruining their lives.

Well if he were a modern day M.J.F. then it begs to question how good Mike would have been as Harry Potter 25 years ago.

 He could be Marty in an alternate future where the United States is under British rule :3

No but perhaps he could play a grown Jules Brown.
