Jeffrey was working at Universal Studios Hollywood at the time peforming daily as Groucho Marx, Stan Laurel, and Charlie Chaplin. He auditioned for the role after hearing that the part was to be a stand-in double for Crispin Glover. It wasn't until he had been given the role and showed up on the set that he discovered that he would be actually taking over the part. <P> <DD>He has appeared in several supporting roles in feature films, including <I>Pale Rider</I> and <I>Twilight Zone: The Movie</I>. He has also made guest appearances on television shows such as <I>Saved By the Bell</I>, <I>Dallas</I>, <I>Max Headroom</I>, <I>Scarecrow and Mrs. King</I>, <I>Chip and Pepper's Cartoon Spectacular</I>, and <I>Divorce Court</I>.
